Well, the folk at ND have a slightly different opinion on the uniforms... I myself don't care, because I'm on the on the students' council, and as one of advantages of this position we get a NDSC hoodie that I wear every day :)

Yeah, just 300 meters is slightly disturbing. Even more disturbing is how many deviants from Welland there actually are. Eleven of them within 4 km from where I live is certainly weird.
